Time for Wine

It was super lovely to be invited back by Richard of the Wine School of Cheshire last Saturday (formerly Chester Wine School but he's got bigger and better plans since we last worked together). This time we were at the very unique Restaurant 1539 overlooking Chester Racecourse and the subject of the day was Italian Wine.

I arrived after everyone had eaten their 3 course meal and the cheese boards had literally just been brought out - nobody really wants to see pictures of people shovelling food in their faces, do they? The wine students were definitely enjoying their class and were all a bit giggly - there definitely was a naughty table in the class. They ended up inviting me for a champagne detention at Corks Out after school. For once I didn't have another job to rush to afterwards and took up the offer without batting an eyelid ;)

Once again, Richard delivered a fun, entertaining and very knowledgeable class - definitely the best in Cheshire. I'd recommend a visit to his school if you do like your vino!
